Exploration on Village Planning of Malan Village in Mentougou District, Beijing under the Background of National Territory Spatial Planning
Abstract: In recent years, major changes have taken place in China's spatial planning system, from the urban-rural planning system dominated by the original housing and urban-rural development departments to the national territory spatial planning system dominated by the natural resource departments. The national territory spatial planning system has a new positioning for village planning, and also puts forward new requirements. Based on the practice of village planning in Malan Village, Mentougou District in Beijing City, this paper focuses on how to adapt to the national and Beijing territorial spatial planning requirements in village planning, and proposes six specific practices in Malan Village. First, scientifically formulate technical routes and ensure planning and construction throughout the process. Second, practice multiple planning integrations and draw a "one drawing" of the territory of Malan Village. Third, implement the decremental planning and promote the green development of Malan Village. Fourth, strengthen the "bottom line" space management and control, and consolidate the substantial environment for rural development. Fifth, strengthen historical protection and village feature guidance, and enhance the soft power of rural development. Sixth, integrate into the database system to promote the information management of rural construction.
