Abstract: With the news events of illegal construction breaking through the ecological environment baseline in recent years, this paper discusses the way that the traditional villages seeking the protection of "subjective development" model of development under the ecological red line "objective limit". Under the condition of "objective restriction" for the traditional villages, this paper explores a new mode of "emphasizing protection" and "cautious development", so as to realize the new logic of village revitalization and common prosperity. TakingZhangtuan Village, a traditional Chinese village on the north bank of Chaohu Lake, as an example, on the premise of not touching the "high-tension line" of the ecological environment and on the basis of perfect protection, the "idle farm house" turns into "university village" to attract talents, leading the village to a virtuous circle and writing a new chapter of traditional villages.
