Research on Planning Control and Construction Management Mode of the Kendall Square under the Guidance of Technical Innovation

摘要: 本文通过对美国马萨诸塞州剑桥市肯戴尔广场科创空间治理的研究,重点梳理肯戴尔广场区划中面向科创及多方面需求的规划管控措施,以及规划建设中地方政府协同高校、开发商与社区协同治理的建设管理模式,总结其在科创空间规划建设方面可借鉴的成功经验。基于科技创新活动需求和科创人群的生产生活服务需求,本文希望通过分析高品质科创空间的空间特征,以及促进科创空间创新活力的本源,为我国以科技创新为导向的城镇建设提供一定的方法借鉴。Abstract: Through the research of technical innovation space governance of Kendall Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts USA, this paper focuses on the planning and control measures for the technical innovation and various needs in Kendall Square zoning, and the construction management mode of local government cooperating with universities, developers and communities in planning and construction, summarizes its successful experience in the planning and construction of technical innovation space. Based on the demand of technical innovation activities and the demand of production and life services of scientific and technological people, this paper hopes to find the spatial characteristics of the high-quality technical innovation space and the source of promoting the innovation vitality of the technical innovation space, provides some methods for reference for the construction of urban areas guided by technical innovation in China.
