Abstract: Practical village planning is an important carrier for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy under the background of territory spatial planning. The relatively fast-developing suburban integration style villages are located in the suburb of the main urban area of the city, which have obvious geographical location advantages, rich industrial types, and complex population structure, and are facing greater development opportunities and challenges. The special spatial location makes the suburban integration style villages become the key research areas of urban and rural spatial development in the new era. This paper takes the suburban integration style village in Shanxi Province as the research object, and analyzes the spatial representation and main problems of the villages from four aspects of geographical location, land use, industrial development, and population structure. At the same time, combined with the typical case of Xiaosongqu Village of Yitang Town in Jiexiu City in Shanxi Province, on the problem-oriented practical village planning strategies of suburban integration style are explored from the four perspectives of upper level planning, industrial integration, land management and control and organizational system. The aim is to provide reference for the preparation of suburban integration style practical village planning in the context of territory space planning in Shanxi Province.
