“增汇降排”导向下镇级国土空间格局优化与整治探索——以邛崃市平乐生态涵养发展片区为例

Study on the Township Spatial Pattern Optimization and Restoration for Carbon Sink Increase and Emission Reduction: A Case Study of Pingle Ecological Conservation Development Area, Qionglai City

  • 摘要: 国土空间是承载各类碳汇和碳排要素的根本载体,因此,国土空间的“增汇降排”是实现各个领域“增汇降排”在空间层次的核心抓手。本文以四川省成都市邛崃市平乐生态涵养发展镇级片区国土空间规划为例,识别其全域碳汇源、碳排源,并针对其影响要素开展研究。研究表明,可通过提升规模连片度、生态物种多样性等强化生态空间的碳汇能力,可通过提升耕地质量、优化种植模式等促进农业空间碳排与碳汇的内部平衡,可通过提升用地集约度、使用效率等降低城镇空间的碳排能力,并据此制定国土空间格局优化与整治策略,以期为相关研究和实践提供技术逻辑、方法应用、研究成果等方面参考。

     

    Abstract: Territorial space is the fundamental carrier carrying the distribution of various carbon sinks and carbon emission factors. Therefore carbon sinks increase and emission reduction of territorial space is the core point to realize that in various fields at the spatial level. Taking Pingle Ecological Conservation Development Area in Qionglai City, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province as an example, this paper studies the identification and influencing factors of carbon sink source and emission source in the whole area, and research the influencing factors. The results show that, the carbon sink capacity of ecological space can be strengthened by improving the scale contiguity degree and ecological species diversity, the internal balance between agricultural spatial carbon emission and carbon sink can be promoted by improving the quality of cultivated land and optimizing planting patterns, and the carbon emission capacity of urban space can be reduced by improving the land intensity and use efficiency. On this basis, the optimization and regulation strategies of territorial spatial pattern are formulated, in order to provide technical logic, method application, research results and other references for related research and practice.
