Abstract:
Nuclear power projects and their surrounding coastal cities and towns are not only independent social economic units, but also a unified socio-economic body. Therefore, the integration of nuclear power projects and their surrounding coastal cities and towns to jointly promote the regional economic development is also the significant thing to do in the construction of nuclear power projects. There are three stages for the relationship development between the nuclear power project and its surrounding coastal cities and towns: conflict, compromise, and integration. For the 'integration' stage, the most important thing is to solve the coordinated development of nuclear power projects and their surrounding coastal cities and towns, which includes two levels, one is the coordination between the nuclear power project and its surrounding coastal cities and towns, and the other is to realize the integration of coordinated development of the coastal cities and towns and functional areas within the region. Accordingly, by studying the relationship between Zhejiang San'ao Nuclear Power Project and its surrounding coastal cities and towns, it is proposed that coordinated development should place emphasis on spatial coordination, industrial coordination, facility coordination, and ecological coordination, and these four aspects should be readjusted and reconstructed based on the nuclear power project, so as to find the new route of coordinated development.
