Abstract:
This article mainly discusses the application directions of artificial intelligence technology in the planning and layout of elderly care facilities. Taking the development differences in urban and rural elderly care service levels in China as the entry point, this study selects Yuanzhou District, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province as the research object. Based on decision tree models and machine learning, this study quantitatively simulates potential layouts for future elderly care facilities in the research scope and analyzes the spatial distribution differences in urban and rural areas based on simulation results. To further explore the feasibility and application direction of artificial intelligence site selection, this article extracts Zhaixia Town in Yuanzhou District as an empirical case, uses the spatial relationship between traffic accessibility coverage and the distribution of current elderly population as the judgment basis, and optimizes simulated site selection points using the analysis method of operations research theory. The research results indicate that the simulated results generated based on the decision tree model have greater reference value at the township level than in the central urban areas. It can effectively supplement the lack of elderly care facilities in rural areas and improve the scientific layout of elderly care service facilities. Additionally, this study's research methods and technical means can provide references for similar facility layout in other regions.
