Study on the Measurement and Influencing Factors of the Coordinated Development of New Urbanization and Construction Industry: Taking Yunnan Province as an Example

摘要: 文章采用熵值法及耦合协调模型测算2012-2020年云南省各州市新型城镇化与建筑业之间的发展水平及其时空格局特征,并通过GeoDa软件和灰色关联度模型探究二者的空间自相关性及其影响因素,得出以下结论:1)从时序发展来看,新型城镇化与建筑业协调度呈现逐步增长的趋势,协同发展效应均有大幅度增强,区域差异正逐渐缩小,呈现均衡发展趋势;2)从空间格局来看,新型城镇化与建筑业中度协调关系不断向滇中和滇西部深入,主要表现为"中部高,西南低"的分布格局;3)从空间自相关来看,新型城镇化与建筑业协调度具有显著的集聚特征,主要表现为高高集聚和低低集聚,空间关联性明显;4)从影响因素来看,经济驱动因素>环境导向因素>产业结构因素>政府调控因素,不同影响因素对新型城镇化与建筑业协调发展的作用程度呈现明显的区域差异。据此,加强二者互动效应以维稳协调发展,优化资源配置以确保区域合理发展,缩小区域差异。Abstract: The paper uses the entropy method and the coupling coordination model to calculate the development level and the spatial and temporal pattern characteristics of the new urbanization and the construction industry in all cities in Yunnan Province from 2012 to 2020. And the spatial autocorrelation is explored through the GeoDa software and the grey correlation model. The following conclusions are drawn: 1) From the perspective of time sequence development, the coordination between new urbanization and construction industry shows a gradually increasing trend. The synergistic development effect has been greatly enhanced. Regional differences are gradually narrowing, and presents a balanced development trend. 2) In terms of the spatial pattern, the moderately coordinated relationship between the new urbanization and the construction industry continues to deepen to the central and western Yunnan, the main performance shows the 'central high, southwest low' distribution pattern. 3) From the perspective of spatial autocorrelation, the coordination between new urbanization and construction industry has significant agglomeration characteristics, mainly manifested as high-high agglomeration and lowlow agglomeration, and spatial correlation is obvious. 4) From the perspective of influencing factors, economic driving factors>environmental guiding factors>industrial structure factors>government regulation factors. Different influencing factors show obvious regional differences in the coordinated development of new urbanization and construction industry. Accordingly, the interactive effect between the two should be strengthened to maintain stability and coordinated development, optimize the allocation of resources to ensure reasonable regional development, and narrow regional differences.
