Abstract: Interconnection of urban and rural infrastructure, equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas, extension of public services to the countryside, social undertakings to the countryside, and construction of beautiful and livable countryside are the important contents of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization and realizing the integration of urban and rural development. Under the background that the central government put forward the strategy of rural revitalization, this paper firstly carries out the basic evaluation based on the National Rural Human Settlements Environment Information System. It analyzes the characteristics of rural development in Enping City, puts forward the objectives and beautiful prospect of rural construction to promote the implementation of rural revitalization, and then puts forward the development of characteristic industries and the integration of three industries as the basis. A series of planning implementation paths of rural construction are proposed to construct rural space system, to mold the characteristic style and features, and to enhance the service level of facilities.
