Abstract:
In 2020, China's land market will enter a new stage of dual track parallel. The state-owned land acquisition and market entry transaction of collectively operated construction land will become a new situation for planning and management. At present, the country is building a planning system for national territorial space with multiple planning integration. This paper discusses the relationship between the township national territorial space planning and the market entry transaction of collectively operated construction land. From the three levels of master planning, special planning and detailed planning, the paper proposes the control means of township level planning for the market entry transaction of collectively operated construction land.
