Abstract:
In recent years, with the continuous upgrading of the Chinese residents' consumption and the indepth implementation of rural revitalization strategy, the new rural industries such as leisure agriculture, rural tourism and rural e-commerce, have continued to emerge that shows a spurt of development, bringing new problems and demands in planning and construction management. Taking Wuhan City as an example, this paper researches and summarizes the development effects of the new rural industries. It comprehensively explores the characteristics and problems of the projects in planning, control, construction management approval, land use, and policy support, from the perspective of construction subject perception which the rural new industry projects, and proposes specific solutions from the level of value recognition of planning, management, and implementation. It provides decision-making reference for all levels of governments on formulating plans and related policies to guide and support the construction of new rural industry projects.
