Abstract:
At present, the application of life circle theory in China mainly focuses on the commuting circle between cities at the level of macro metropolitan circle, and the daily life circle of urban residents at the level of micro community, lacking the research on the construction of life circle at the meso level. Taking Wafangdian City in Liaoning Province as an example, this paper attempts to summarize the life characteristics in small towns at the meso level, and construct two kinds of circles of basic life circle and quality life circle according to the use function characteristics of public service facilities, by analyzing the radiation scope of each town using the accessibility of GIS software, implementing two kinds of circles in space, and combining the time characteristics and function characteristics of various facilities and towns, in order to improve the urban and rural public life circle. Meanwhile, suggestions are put forward for the adjustment of the land layout of the central city. Through the research, this paper hopes to provide a correction factor that can be considered to improve the allocation of public service facilities in large and small towns in China, and to provide a new working idea for the allocation of public service elements under the territorial spatial planning system.
