Abstract:
The policy of "hillside villages" is an important measure to promote the development and utilization of land in low hills and gentle slopes in Zhejiang Province. In order to strengthen the protection of ecological environment, a new form of point-like land supply was proposed, with the policy of "hillside villages" in Zhejiang Province in 2018. However, the detailed rules for the planning and preparation of point-like land supply have not yet been issued, and many problems, such as the fragmentation of point-like land supply space, the difficulty in infrastructure integration, and the differences between the approval of point-like land supply and traditional block land supply, have not yet been solved. Based on the theoretical study of slope land use, combined with the planning case of Jin'ao Valley in Shanfu Town, Wenzhou City Zhejiang Province, this study explores the planning concept and methods of point land supply project of "hillside villages" from the perspective of the integrating local building scheme and terrain space, guaranteeing slope space facilities and deepening of slope land use management and control, so as to optimize the utilization mode and planning of point-like land supply project for reference.
