Abstract:
Invigorating rural collective land is a breakthrough to promote the development of urban-rural integration. At present, there are many practical problems in the use of collective operating construction land in various regions of China, such as irregular formation of land assets, low efficiency of use, lack of management and so on. Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen have been actively exploring and innovating in the use of collective operating construction land. Based on the perspective of regional comparison, the study analyzes and compares the use of collective operating construction land in rural areas of these three regions from the perspective of regional historical background, top-level system design, construction index acquisition method, implementation unit, implementation path, and benefit distribution mode, supported by the actual situation research. Based on the case study, this paper summarizes the valuable experience and hopes to provide reference for the rational use of rural collective operating construction land in the new era.
