Abstract: Based on the practice of beautiful villages construction in Zengcheng District of Guangzhou City, this article expounds the performance and strategy of integrated planning, and provides a new perspective for the research of the model of beautiful villages construction. The core of the integrated planning of Zengcheng is to use land use planning as a spatial framework and village system planning, village group planning, village planning as the guide. Combined with village development positioning and practical needs, with policy resources as the direction and democratic discussion mechanism as the guarantee, a stable project library is established to promote the beautiful villages construction. This model highlights the guiding role of the upper level planning, emphasizing the connection between planning and implementation, and the coordination and integration of departmental funds. This model has significance for solving problems in the beautiful villages construction.
