Abstract: The strategy of rural revitalization is a new direction of the environmental construction of villages and towns, and the ecological concept provides a new development mode for it. Taking Renli Village in Jinan City as an example, through the on-the-spot investigation and subjective questionnaire survey, this paper finds that there are some problems, such as low income level, imperfect infrastructure, uneven housing quality and low level of resource utilization. Combined with the development concept of rural ecological revitalization in Shandong Province, it puts forward strategies for the construction of livable ecological environment in villages and towns, including industry transformation and development, the facilities spatial planning, and the innovation on construction technology, and the adjustment of ecological resources pattern and so on, accelerate the construction of villages and towns, improve the environment of villages and towns, in order to strengthen the long-term supervision mechanism, and to promote the development level of villages and towns to a higher level, hoping to provide reference for the construction and development of villages and towns.
