This paper takes three ancestral temples of Mashan Village as an example. Based on summing up the evolution process and spatial characteristics of the ancestral temples, this paper discusses the strategies of functional reorganization with ‘Jin’ as the unit, spatial reconstruction with ‘Tang’ as the core, as well as environmental renovation and renewal strategy with ‘Tan’ as the link from four aspects of culture, life, industry and ecology, to provide a reference for the sustainable renewal of traditional buildings that meet the needs of the new era.
