Abstract:
Based on the problem-oriented research on the architects' design strategy of energy-reducing in rural residential reconstruction, this paper puts forward the architects' design strategy guide of energy-reducing in cold areas, which technically integrates from the aspects of planning layout, peripheral wall protection, roof, ground, outer doors and windows, low-tech ecological measures, etc., and provides menu selection. In policy, it's in response to the national high-quality houses development; academically, it increases the attention of energy consumption in rural housing transformation, making up for the lack of existing theories; culturally, it protects and inherits regional architectural culture through the transformation design of rural houses; economically, it reduces the daily operation and maintenance costs of rural housing users.
