Abstract: Taking the three minorities' vernacular settlements in Hulunbuir Forest Region as the study subjects, this article figured out evolutional mechanisms of these hunters' settlements, comprehended regional, humanities peculiarities and traditional cultures, and made the relationship clear among spatial distinctions and life style, natural environment, national cultures. It is hoped to expand the research of settlements' regionalism and hierarchy, and complete vernacular settlement pedigrees, as well as to provid references for protection and development of other minorities' settlements in Hulunbuir Forest Region.
