Abstract: With the continuous development of China's social economy, people's pace of life is speeding up, work pressure is increasing, accompanied by the emergence of urban sub-health problems. The natural environment in the countryside has a healing effect on it, and there is a close relationship between natural healing and rural tourism. Based on this, on the basis of the research on the rural tourism development and natural healing, this paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of rural tourism integrating natural healing, and puts forward the planning concept and universal methods of healing, five senses and ecology. Finally, taking Jinpoluo village in Miyun in Beijing suburb as an example, based on the analysis of the current situation of natural healing resources, through the construction of natural healing tourism route, and the integration of natural healing from three aspects of environmental perception, practical experience and cultural spirit, the exploration of rural tourism construction planning is realized.
