Abstract:
The concept of building a beautiful and livable ‘park city’ not only shows that China attaches great importance to the construction of ecological civilization, but also reflects the concept of people-centered development, which reflects the transformation of China in the process of building urban and rural human settlement environment and the exploration of the ideal city construction mode. In this context, the key task of building a park city is to revitalize and utilize the existing green space resources without changing the urban structure and not engaging in park projects, so as to realize the high-quality service of park. Therefore, it is of profound significance to pay attention to the ecological role of park and provide recreation space, and to coordinate its development for towns and people. While big cities are building park cities one after another, the future development of small towns is equally important as an important area connecting urban and rural areas. Guided by the concept of park city, this paper starts with the green space in small towns and takes Changxing County of Zhejiang Province as an example to conduct optimization research. Based on the analysis of recreation and ecological supply of the current park, the feasibility strategy of coordinated development of internal functions is put forward, so as to realize the parallel development of ecological and recreation function, and to provide a practical basis for the construction of small towns as park cities.
