Abstract: In the context of the rural revitalization strategy and the ‘integration of multiple plans’, village planning has gradually changed to the idea of all-region, total factor and the whole process, and the concept, method and content of planning are facing transformation. From the perspective of rural revitalization, this paper analyzes the problems of traditional village planning and the transformation trend of village planning in the new era. The integration of multiple plans and practical village planning in Longxing'ao Village, Fenglin Town, Liling City, Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province. In order to develop practical village planning that can be worked, planning strategies and key points through eight aspects, including ecological priority, inventory revitalization, industrial activation, and highlighting of characteristics. It provides new ideas to promote rural revitalization and has strong significance and reference.
