内蒙古地区资源型草原小城镇空间形态演变研究——以棋盘井镇为例

Study on the Evolution of Spatial Form of Resource-based Grassland Small Towns in Inner Mongolia: A Case Study of Qipanjing Town

  • 摘要: 随着城镇化与社会经济的快速发展,内蒙古地区资源型草原小城镇面临着空间规模迅速扩张、城镇发展用地不足与产业结构亟需转型等问题。本文以典型的资源型草原小城镇内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市鄂托克旗棋盘井镇为例,通过空间分析技术从外部空间形态与内部空间结构两个维度研究城镇空间形态演变,通过城镇建成区土地利用与道路交通系统的模型构建,基于扩展强度指数结合等扇分析法与空间句法分析技术深入研究草原城镇空间形态演变规律,并结合核密度分析方法探究影响城镇空间形态演变的主要驱动机制,归纳棋盘井镇空间形态演变特征,以期为内蒙古地区资源型草原小城镇的空间发展、城镇空间布局优化提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of urbanization and social economy, resource-based grassland small towns in Inner Mongolia are facing problems such as rapid expansion of space scale, insufficient land for urban development and transformation of industrial structure. As a typical resource-based grassland small town in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Ordos City Otok Banner Qipanjing Town has strong regional characteristics, and its urban spatial form is unique. Taking Qipanjing Town as an example, this paper studies the evolution of urban spatial form from the two dimensions of external spatial form and internal spatial structure through spatial analysis technology and deeply studies the evolution law of grassland urban spatial form through the model construction of land use and road traffic system in urban built-up areas. Based on the extended intensity index combined with equal fan analysis method and spatial syntax analysis technology, combined with the nuclear density analysis method, this paper explores the main driving mechanism affecting the evolution of urban spatial form, and summarizes the evolution characteristics of Qipanjing Town spatial form. The research is of great significance to guide the spatial development and urban spatial layout optimization of resource-based grassland small towns in Inner Mongolia.
