Abstract:
With the rapid development of urbanization and social economy, resource-based grassland small towns in Inner Mongolia are facing problems such as rapid expansion of space scale, insufficient land for urban development and transformation of industrial structure. As a typical resource-based grassland small town in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Ordos City Otok Banner Qipanjing Town has strong regional characteristics, and its urban spatial form is unique. Taking Qipanjing Town as an example, this paper studies the evolution of urban spatial form from the two dimensions of external spatial form and internal spatial structure through spatial analysis technology and deeply studies the evolution law of grassland urban spatial form through the model construction of land use and road traffic system in urban built-up areas. Based on the extended intensity index combined with equal fan analysis method and spatial syntax analysis technology, combined with the nuclear density analysis method, this paper explores the main driving mechanism affecting the evolution of urban spatial form, and summarizes the evolution characteristics of Qipanjing Town spatial form. The research is of great significance to guide the spatial development and urban spatial layout optimization of resource-based grassland small towns in Inner Mongolia.
