Abstract:
In the tourism development of traditional villages, the village space implies historical and cultural characteristics, and tourist behavior implies society's material and cultural needs and consumption intentions. The study should focus on the interactive relationship between the village space and the tourist behavior, in order to reach a high fit with each other and the economic, cultural and social benefits of space are better stimulated. Taking Huitong Village in Zhuhai City as an example, this paper uses the relevance theory of behavior and space to explore the interconnection and mutual construction between tourist behavior and village space. The characteristics of the village's important spaces and the distribution of tourists' behavior are summarized through behavior mapping and other research methods, and then the spaces with large differences in behavior agglomeration are compared to explore the objective restriction mechanism of space on behavior and the subjective selection mechanism of behavior on space. Finally, strategies of mutual construction between tourist behavior and village space are proposed to reduce the restriction of space prerequisites on behavior, and strengthen the adaptation of space utilization to behavior, so as to make the rural space more suitable for tourism.
