Abstract:
In 2019, in order to deal with the problems of ‘scattered, small, weak, poor’ that exist in towns, Sichuan Province initiated the comprehensive reform and adjustment of town and rural districts to reshape rural economic geography. Over the past two years, the number of towns and villages in the province has decreased in an orderly manner, and the scale has increased significantly. Starting from a further focus on high-quality development and high-efficiency governance in rural areas, this article combines the accumulated experience for years of comprehensive urban and rural reforms in Sichuan Province and takes the Lueping and Tiaoyuan township territorial spatial planning in Luojiang District, Deyang City as the research example. Based on the comparative recognition of rural revitalization models, the article puts forward the response from the township spatial planning to town district reform, through which town space aggregation is further realized through the latter half process based on the former half process spatial layout integration.
