Abstract:
The traditional pattern of historical villages is an important part of the protection of historical villages, which should include a variety of natural and artificial environments closely related to the surrounding and interior of villages. Taking Dayu Bay of Shuangquan Village, in Mulan Township, Huangpo District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province as an example, this paper takes research from two aspects of traditional pattern identification and protection. Firstly, it uses GIS technology and climate environment model to identify the landscape pattern around the village and the internal environment around the traditional buildings. Secondly, it connects it with the threelevel protection line planning standards and requirements of historical villages. This paper attempts to build a set of technical framework of 'identification and delineation-protection and control', hoping to provide references to historical village protection.
