Abstract:
The allocation of public service facilities in villages and towns is a key link in guiding the construction of villages and towns. And it is of great significance to our country's implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. The existing allocation of public service facilities in villages and towns mainly focuses on social policy, and has a poor relevance to the spatial layout, and there is still the phenomenon of 'seeing things but not people'. Especially in the vast mountainous villages where the terrain is more restrictive in our country, the public service configuration lacks the layout means that conform to the regional characteristics. Based on the analysis of the spatial characteristics and overall layout of Banqiao Town, Chongqing City, multi-source big data, such as POI, questionnaires, and topography are collected for in-depth research. The results show that the layout of public service facilities in Banqiao Town is embodied in two aspects:the actual low efficiency of the rationing model and the low level of residents' use. Then, this paper summarizes the problems of the layout of public service facilities due to the contradiction between people and land, demand expansion and mismatch of supply. Finally, based on the heterogeneous performance and demand from the perspective of residents and mountain space, the optimal layout strategy of public service facilities in mountainous villages and towns is put forward.
