Abstract: The construction of digital countryside is changing the way of rural cultural life and cultural exchange, giving rural traditional culture higher dissemination, influence and expression, and it can provide new opportunities for the reconstruction of rural public cultural space. This paper studies the concept and connotation of rural public cultural space, clarifies the real difficulties and internal causes of rural public cultural space under digital rural construction, analyzes the reconstruction path of public cultural space under digital rural construction, and puts forward five restructuring strategies. Firstly, the facilities are reconstructed to improve the level of cultural services. Secondly, the place is reconstructed to maintain the memory of traditional cultural places. Thirdly, the function is reconstructed to integrate the needs of contemporary cultural functions. Fourthly, the mode is reconstructed to create a virtual cultural inheritance space. And finally, the main body is reconstructed to promote the co-creation of multiple participants. In this way, this paper is hoped to explore how to promote the reconstruction of public cultural space in digital rural construction.
