Abstract:
Under the influence of global climate change, the frequency of natural disasters and the losses caused by it have increased significantly, while the risk evaluation of disasters is an important prerequisite for effective risk management and response. Based on the theory of natural disaster assessment and the method of three-dimensional risk matrix, this paper constructs an assessment index system, and then conducts comprehensive natural disaster risk assessment and regionalization on study area at the county scale of Yushan County, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province. The results show that the research area is at risk overall but not prominent, and most areas are at low or medium risk. The high-risk districts are not obvious and scattered, followed by the second higher-risk areas, whose appearance like the character 'S' in the northwest-southeast direction. According to the risk degree, arranged from high to low, the proportion of each level of area in the whole region was respectively 0.02% and 12.54%, 48.69%, 7.18%, 31.57%. In order to reduce the risk in the high-level risk area effectively, corresponding measures should be adopted according to the specific composition and content of the realistic disaster risk.
