Abstract:
Carrying out the comprehensive agricultural space land consolidation can effectively activate the rural population, capital, technology and other development factors, and can play an important role in solving the problem of land fragmentation, promoting the process of agricultural and rural modernization and promoting the construction of ecological civilization. This paper selects the third national land survey data, statistical yearbook, remote sensing image and other data in Longxi County, Dingxi City, Gansu Province to construct an index system, and scientifically evaluates the fragmentation of agricultural space cultivated land, the rural residential areas consolidation and the development potential of arable reserve resources in Longxi County, so as to provide theoretical support for the key consolidation direction of agricultural space and the location of major projects in the later stage during the implementation of land space planning. The results show that the comprehensive fragmentation degree of cultivated land in Longxi County generally presents a distribution state of high in the northeast and low in the southwest, the fragmentation degree in the middle is the lowest, and the consolidation potential of rural residential areas is large. There are 37 administrative villages in the key consolidation potential area, 51 administrative villages in the general consolidation area, 92 administrative villages in the low consolidation area, and 35 administrative villages in the non- consolidation area. There are 183 plots of cultivated land reserve resources in Longxi County, with a total of 1877.07 hectares. The development potential of cultivated land reserve resources is small and the development is difficult. Finally, according to the evaluation results, the corresponding consolidation projects should be arranged for each region, and efforts should be made to build a new pattern of 'centralized and contiguous farmland, centralized and concentrated construction land, and efficient and intensive spatial form'.
