Abstract:
With the development of urbanization, urban planning methods represented by bird's eye views or general maps cannot meet the needs of the refined development of rural communities. The joint creation is to gradually improve the residential environment of the community by guiding the participation of multiple subjects, and to promote and practice in rural communities across the country. This paper takes Yangang Village, Guangshan County, Xinyang City in Henan Province as an empirical case. By analyzing the current governance issues at the village level, it explain the necessity of small and micro, incremental governance, introduce micro-intervention methods, take the needs of village democracy and the objective conditions of the village as the basis for selecting intervention points in governance, and finally transform and gradually improve the rural environment through the influence of intervention points at different stages, in order to provide a reference for exploring how to establish specific and effective governance strategies in the new era.
