基于POI数据的县域功能布局指标体系与模式识别——以新泰市为例

Index and Recognition of Function Layout Pattern in County Level Based on POI Data: A Case Study of Xintai City

  • 摘要: 识别不同功能在县域镇村体系中的空间分布规律,是合理安排各类功能空间布局、促进国土空间优化规划的科学基础。本文建立了由等级、序列和聚散等三维特征构成的县域功能布局模式表征指标体系,并以山东省新泰市为例,基于2020年高德地图兴趣点(POI)数据对各类功能在国土空间的分布特点进行了分析,通过沃德聚类法识别出了向心集聚遍在型、等级分布型、强中心遍在型、城区集聚型四种不同的功能布局模式。本文为国土空间规划智能化转型中的新兴数据应用提供了一种可行途径。

     

    Abstract: Identifying the spatial characteristics and general rules of different functions in counties is the scientific basis for arrangement the spatial layout of functions and optimization of territorial spatial pattern. This paper establishes a functional layout pattern characterization index system including hierarchical features, sequential features and clustering features, and analyzes the distribution characteristics of various types of functions in Xintai City based on 2020 Amap points of interest data. Four different functional layout patterns are identified by Ward's clustering method, which are centripetal ubiquitous type, hierarchical distribution type, strongly-centered ubiquitous type, and urban clustering type. This paper also provides a feasible way for the application of emerging data in the intelligent transformation period of territorial spatial planning.
