Abstract:
The infrastructure construction of villages and towns is wide and large. However, it often involves multiple stakeholders, and the conflict of interests is complicated, which impedes the progress of the infrastructure construction of villages and towns. Therefore, it is necessary to identify stakeholders and analyze the performance of interest conflict in the infrastructure construction of villages and towns. Based on this reason, this paper identifies the stakeholders and their interest demands of infrastructure construction of villages and towns through literature analysis and expert investigation, and builds a two-model social network of 'stakeholders-interest demands' of infrastructure construction in villages and towns to quantitatively measure their internal relations, and explore the causes and specific manifestations of interest conflicts. On one hand, this paper can quantitatively describe the internal relationships of the stakeholders and their interest demands of infrastructure construction of villages and towns, determine the performance of the conflict of interest of core stakeholders, and enrich the research content of the conflict of interest of village and town infrastructure construction. On the other hand, it can provide reference for relevant departments to formulate targeted policies and measures.
