Abstract:
Traditional villages not only shoulder the mission of historical and cultural heritage protection, but also constantly explore the way of sustainable development of villages. With the continuous development of social economy, the social structure of villages changes with the gradual intervention of external forces. Under the co-construction of multiple subjects, traditional villages need to explore a feasible path that considers the protection of historical heritage and sustainable development. This paper first summarizes and analyzes the current problems commonly faced by traditional villages in the practice of co-construction by multiple stakeholders, and then puts forward strategies for the protective development of villages, that is from ‘single development’ to ‘resource linkage’, from ‘disorderly co-construction’ to ‘mechanism construction’, from ‘villagers’ participation' to ‘villagers’ empowerment’. Finally in a typical traditional village in Hebei Province Shijiazhuang City Jingxing County Lvjia Village as an example, through the case study of traditional villages of the mapping universality with the protective development path, in order to provide some instructions for this type of village development.
