Abstract:
This paper takes two county-level administrative regions (Yunyang District and Danjiangkou City) in the Shiyan section of Danjiangkou Reservoir as the research area, which is based on rural industry information and uses quantitative methods, to study the spatial characteristics of the rural industry and analyze influencing factors, then to quantify the correlation of influencing factors through the OLS model. The results show that the rural industries in this region generally present a northwest-southeast trend and have higher density in the central and eastern regions, which are distributed mainly around the main lake surface of the reservoir area. The spatial structure feature which is county-town-village of the Danjiangkou City is obvious, while it is only clustered strongly in the central group and the industrial development at the 'town-village' level is relatively homogeneous in Yunyang District. After quantitative verification, it is found that population density and terrain slope have a greater impact on the industrial pattern, and there is no strong correlation between the advantages of adjacent water with convenient transportation and the industrial development in this area. Finally, 4 types of township development are divided and corresponding development strategies and suggestions of each are proposed, which takes the township as the basic unit and is baced on the previous analysis and the field research.
