Abstract:
In order to build a good living environment, it is of great significance to exploit and utilize the potential of public spaces in villages that are underutilized or lack of vitality. Firstly in this paper, the rationality of the axis model, line segment model and convex space model in spatial syntax are discussed in the analysis of village public space, and the rationality of different types of convex space division principles in the analysis of traditional village subdivision potential is compared. Secondly, the public space of Linggong Village is divided into convex spaces, and the analytic hierarchy method and Delphi method are used in combination with field research data to evaluate the potential of public space from three aspects: cultural potential, vitality potential, and spatial potential. The results show that the convex space model under the principle of spatial exhaustion can be well combined with multi-source data to quantitatively analyze the public space of traditional villages, and the potential analysis of public space based on this method points out the direction of updating the space of the village, which has certain reference value.
