Abstract:
Since 2016, the construction of characteristic towns has greatly promoted the process of new urbanization and rural revitalization in China, especially the construction of historical and cultural characteristic towns. With the rapid development of cultural tourism industry, the production space, living space and ecological space of historical and cultural characteristic towns have been reconstructed to varying degrees. This paper adopts the method of combining ArcGIS land use transfer matrix analysis, PRA participatory rural assessment and highdefinition remote sensing image. Taking the characteristic town of Heshun Ancient Town in Tengchong City, Yunnan Province as an example, this paper systematically studies the reconstruction phenomenon of the characteristic town at the level of production-living-ecological space by analyzing its land use transfer process. It finds that the reconstruction of the material space of the characteristic town of Heshun Ancient Town generally presents the reconstruction characteristics of the three spatial functions, and the spatial barriers break the extended reconstruction characteristics. The traditional single space is reconstructed under the action of internal demand and external power. From a practical perspective, this case has reference value for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, and the spatial characteristics with local characteristics should be reconstructed in the construction of historical and cultural characteristic towns.
