Abstract:
Promoting the equalization of basic public services is the key content of rural revitalization, and it is also an important way to accelerate the realization of urban-rural integration and break the urban-rural dual segmentation. Based on the development status of rural public services in Guangdong Province and the successful experience of foreign rural governance, a multi-subject collaborative supply model of rural public services dominated by authoritative organizations is constructed on the basis of studying the theory of multiple collaboration. Through expanding existing research ideas of the standardization of service, equalization of configuration, management socialization perspective, this paper analyzes the collaborative governance model of rural public service providers such as government, market, social organizations and individuals in the service content, service process, service budget, policy supply, opportunity supply, digital development and other subdivisions, and explores the diversified collaborative development path of rural public services.
