Abstract:
In the new historical period, China's economy has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development, and rural industrialization faces pressure and difficulties in industrial transformation and upgrading, ecological environment protection, and many other aspects. This article takes Wen'an County, Langfang City, Hebei Province as an example to analyze the historical logic and practical difficulties faced by the development of rural industrialization. Based on the background of the times and the requirements of regional development, this paper explores the endogenous driving forces and spatial needs for the transformation and development of rural areas. Finally, based on the perspective of spatial governance, the article proposes strategies and suggestions for the transformation and development of rural industrialized areas from the perspectives of rural industrial agglomeration development mode, rural inefficient industrial land consolidation, and rural living environment construction.
