Abstract:
The characteristic village enrichment areas with high value resources undertake the important development task in rural revitalization. It remains to be discussed how to implement the rural revitalization in such areas in the practice of territorial spatial planning. Facing the lack of integrity, systematism and implementation of traditional planning, the value concept and planning method should be changed in the territorial spatial planning strategies in the characteristic village enrichment areas, and the multi-value of the characteristic village resources and the necessity of planning strategies with more spatial levels should be recognized. This paper takes Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture of Guizhou Province where villages are enriched with characteristics as a typical case. Based on the recognition of multiple rural values, a hierarchical and classified spatial regulation system is constructed. On this basis, spatial regulatory strategies and planning transmission requirements at different levels are formulated to promote rural revitalization.
