Abstract:
In the spatial governance with the participation of multiple subjects, homestay villages often face difficulties such as difficult organization of subjects, difficult implementation of actions and difficult sustainable governance. Based on this, this paper constructs a research framework of multiple collaborative governance mechanisms, including governance organization mechanism, governance implementation mechanism and governance dimension mechanism, and takes Beigou Village, Bohai Town, Huairou District, Beijing as an example to analyze its governance mechanism. The study finds that Beigou Village has a governance organization mechanism of multiple measures and coupled demands, a governance implementation mechanism of simultaneous cooperation and dynamic division of labor, and a governance maintenance mechanism of spatial compatibility and spatial autonomy. In the future, the homestay village governance shall give full play to the village collective core strength to organize the mobilization both inside and outside the main body, build orderly divided and elastic complementary system of multiple cooperative governance, and pay attention to the balance of multiple subject space, in order to ensure the villagers' space rights and interests.
