Abstract: Starting from the focus of policy and the development process of rural housing construction, interpret the characteristics and types of modern livable rural housing, take the requirements of rural housing construction in policy and regulatory documents as the policy basis, and building a modern livable rural housing index system that adapts measures to local conditions through theoretical analysis, expert consultation method, case analysis and public participation method, adopts 'new design, new system, new process and new mode', and meets the requirements of 'modern function, safe structure, cost-effective, green environmental protection and coordinated style'. Transforming the modern livable rural housing from a basic concept to a quantifiable index item can provide a basic measurement method for improving the rural housing evaluation system, and promote the orderly development of rural housing management and service work in rural areas.
