Abstract: The urban regeneration special planning which is the main form of urban regeneration planning practice, is still in the exploration period. Through summarizing the relevant contents in 40 bidding documents of urban regeneration special planning in county, we tried to answer the question of 'what are we going to compile, who will make it up, and what are the results' etc. It is hoped to help deeply understanding the main features of the urban regeneration special planning at this stage and provide references for other counties.
