Abstract:
In recent years, with the increase of protection awareness and the continuous refinement of protection work, the trend of traditional village protection and development has gradually shifted from the village itself to the regional scale and village groups. Although China has achieved certain results in exploring the longterm protection and development mechanism of traditional villages, there are still many problems, including insufficient research on the spatial correlation of various elements between traditional villages, lack of theoretical system construction of integrated conservation, and insufficient innovation of mechanism and system. Taking Aba (Ngawa) Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture for example, aiming at these core problems and starting with regional scale, a protection and development system of grading, classification, and partitioning is constructed through resource commonality, industrial association analysis and value re-evaluation based on GIS technology. In terms of policy guarantees, strengthen the top-level design and the construction of laws, regulations and policy mechanisms, establish a coordination and supervision mechanism based on authority, and form a control platform and a dynamic update and maintenance mechanism. Finally, it provides relevant theoretical research and practical reference for the construction of the protection and development system of traditional villages.
