Abstract:
Under the background of economic model transformation and stock optimization, this paper explores the renewal ideas and ways to get rid of the dilemmas of industrial decline, spatial inefficiency and environmental damage in village-level old industrial factory areas. Using graphical analysis, cluster analysis, and data comparison method, combined with the theory of spatial-behavioral interaction, it sets up an information database of typical renewal cases of old industrial factories in Foshan of Guangdong as examples to analyze the status quo, characteristics, and problems of old industrial factories at the village level, explores the ideas of renewal of old industrial factories at the village level from the perspectives of both external demand and the development body, and identifies three types of renewal modes, including government-enterprise-led or cooperative industrial upgrading modes, enterprise-led or cooperative public service modes, and government-led environmental restoration modes. In view of the renewal problems and characteristics of the old industrial factories, the corresponding renewal and optimization strategies are proposed around the core places, including the interaction between efficient use of space and boundary behaviors, superposition of spatial modules, and behavioral functional modules, functional unit division and integration of spatial experience, integration of architectural environment and ornamental, reproduction of industrial culture and optimization of spatial aesthetics, articulation of landscape levels and behavioral diversities, and combination of greening system and healthy sports.
