Abstract:
In the process of rural revitalization, scientific evaluation and identification of rural potential are conducive to its classification and sustainable development. In view of this, this paper attempted to construct a scientific evaluation system of rural development potential. Firstly, a comprehensive evaluation system of rural development potential was established. The development potential factors were determined by analyzing the actual characterization of rural development. 12 first-level indicators and 39 second-level indicators were set up, including 4 dimensions of geographical location, social and economic, natural and ecological, and living environment, and Delphi method and AHP method was used to determine the index system, weight, and algorithm model. Its comprehensive score is the product of single factor score and weight. Then, the potential evaluation system and its functions were designed. Using B/S software architecture design, with the development method of front-end separation, a set of evaluation system was designed through Java development language and MySQL database to form a sharing platform. This paper selected 17 villages investigated by the research group for data entry to verify the reliability and stability of the system. The evaluation system can provide an image-based and information-based sharing platform for the evaluation of rural development potential, and the combination of qualitative and quantitative can provide scientific reference and auxiliary decision-making.
