Abstract:
From the perspective of industrialization of construction, this paper re-examines the transformation and upgrading of rural construction technology. Focusing on the farmhouses in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, it analyzes the construction characteristics and resistance, clarifies the contradiction between government-restricted control and farmers' differentiated needs, and extracts appropriate elements and entry points for the industrialization intervention of farmhouses. On this basis, a four-dimensional optimization perspective is proposed to adapt to the demand of production and life, policy coordination, climate and environment, and local construction technology. The feasibility and potential of industrialization intervention are considered from the unique dimension of rural areas, aiming to provide paths and ideas for the subsequent implantation of farmhouse industrialization technology.
