基于深度学习的大尺度文化景观识别——以江苏沿海地区为例

Large-scale Cultural Landscape Recognition Based on Deep Learning: Taking the Coastal Areas of Jiangsu as Example

  • 摘要: 近年来,国家日益重视对区域性、大尺度文化景观遗产的整体性保护。然而,由于此类遗产具有分布广泛、面积庞大、形态分散的特点,传统的调查分析方法难以对其进行快速、准确的识别,导致相关研究仍属空白领域。本研究以江苏沿海地区为研究区域,尝试利用深度学习技术中改进的DeepLabV3+卷积神经网络对其大尺度文化景观进行识别和挖掘,旨在通过构建学习模型,实现相对准确的大尺度文化景观识别路径。通过这一尝试,期望能够更为深入地挖掘承载丰富价值的大尺度文化景观资源,为大尺度文化景观的研究提供新的分析视角和方法,保护好、传承好、利用好丰富多彩的中华文化遗产。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, the state has increasingly emphasized the overall protection of regional and largescale cultural landscape heritages. However, due to the widespread distribution, vast area, and scattered nature of these heritages, traditional survey and analysis methods have difficulty in rapidly and accurately identifying them, leaving this field largely unexplored. This study takes the coastal areas of Jiangsu Province as the research area and attempts to utilize the improved DeepLabV3+ convolutional neural network from deep learning techniques to identify large-scale cultural landscapes. The aim is to construct a learning model that can achieve relatively accurate identification of large-scale cultural landscapes. Through this attempt, this paper hopes to delve deeper into the rich and valuable large-scale cultural landscape resources, as well as provides a new analytical perspective and method for the study of large-scale cultural landscapes, ultimately preserving, inheriting, and utilizing the diverse cultural heritage of China.
