Abstract:
Under the guidance of the national strategy for rural revitalization, rural homestays, as an emerging economic form of rural tourism, have become one of the driving forces enhancing the intrinsic vitality of the countryside through the integration of rural resource elements and the synergistic development of rural industries. Moganshan Town in Deqing County, Zhejiang Province, is a typical example of successful rural homestay development. Based on the development history of homestay clusters, we analyze the spatial development patterns and clustering characteristics of rural homestay clusters, explore their connection with the internal resource elements of the countryside, and summarize the characteristics of the Moganshan model, which integrates the internal resource elements of the countryside with rural homestays as a comprehensive platform for synergistic development. This provides reference experience and development insights for promoting sustainable rural revitalization in our country.
