Abstract: Based on the objective problems existing in aspects such as the municipal land and space basic information platform's base map construction, data application and sharing, and data updating, this paper defines the data transmission law of 'connecting up and down and sharing horizontally'. It analyzes and constructs the 'data whole process management element relationship' system for the municipal land and space basic information platform. The framework system and key contents of the data whole process management standard document are formulated, and the implementation process of data whole process management standardization is expounded. Taking the land and space basic information platform of Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, as an example, the paper summarizes the experience and practice of data management. Finally, the paper puts forward the prospect for the construction of municipal platforms. This study is of great significance for improving the overall design of the municipal land and space basic information platform, guiding the standardized management of the whole process of platform data, continuously exerting the platform's role as the normal data hub of the municipal natural resources system, and providing references for similar open data systems.
